Mini Round Cakes with Cacao Honey

Ingredients:

• Pearl Honey Spreads Organic Cacao Honey (as needed)
• 2 cups of apple coconut flour
• 2 tablespoons of Pearl Honey Spreads Creamed Raw Honey
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup of of almond milk
• Optional for topping: Strawberries, Blueberries

Directions:

• Gently stir apple coconut flour, Pearl Honey Spreads Creamed Raw Honey, 2 eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk together in a medium bowl until combined. 
• Place dough into a mini waffle maker.
• Spoon Pearl Honey Spreads Organic Cacao Honey into the center of each dough round, leaving any excess juice behind in the bowl. 
• Add toppings as needed.
