Spring Berry Loaf Cake

Enjoy this simple Spring Berry Loaf Cake, perfect for a family dessert!


  • 2 Cups of Peach Almond Conserves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Almond Slivers
  • 3 Tablespoons of Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pecan Bits
  • 2 Cups of Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup of Canola Oil
  • 1 Cup of Apple Coconut Flour


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  
2. Mix Peach Almond Conserves, blueberries, pecans, rolled oats, vanilla extract, apple coconut flour, and canola oil in a mixing bowl. 
3. Spread mixture in cooking tray. Put cooking tray in oven for 40 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Turn the cooking tray around. Put cooking tray in oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 
5. Let cool for 20 minutes. 
6. Serve and enjoy.
